Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders placed from monday to friday are processed and shipped within
1-3 business days. One day may be added if there is a national holiday.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following monday
(excluding holidays).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges due to consumer's remorse.
Returns must be initiated within 7days of purchase date.
Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. and delivered back to us within 14 days of the order being received.
For hygienic reason, we do not accept returns of Jewellery, undergarments, every undies are final sale and there are no exceptions.
Customers paying for their own postage when they return the product.
We aim to process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving your items.
Exchange due to a customer's request - change of mind, size, both the shipping cost of the exchanged product and the new product, and handling charges if occur are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received a faulty item, please contact us via contact@shopnonprivate.com within 7days of receiving your goods.
